Terms of use

ARTEMIYA is a members-only network for creative professionals in the UK and EU, run by [company name] ("we"). By signing up you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be 18 or over.

• Give true information. One person, one account. Your discipline is chosen when you apply and cannot be changed by you.
• Keep your login private. Tell us at once if someone else has used it. We can lock or suspend an account to protect people.
• "Verified" means we checked certain details at the time. It is not a guarantee about a person's character or work. Use your own judgement and the safety tools.

No harassment, threats, hate, scams, spam, pressure for contact details or off-site meetings, doxxing, impersonation, or sexual content involving anyone under 18 (zero tolerance, reported to the police). No illegal content. Nude or sensitive images must be marked as such and follow the image rules. Do not use ARTEMIYA to recruit, sell or buy sexual services. We use automatic checks and reports; repeated breaches lead to strikes, suspension or removal. You can appeal decisions.

• Upload only your own work, or work you have permission to use. Everyone identifiable must have consented to the photo being shared here.
• No images of under-18s. Mark images that contain nudity and images made using AI.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited licence to host, display, resize and show it as the service needs. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except copies in backups for a short time.
• Do not copy, save or redistribute other members' images. We log attempts and may act on them.
• Credits and tags need the other person's confirmation.

Any shoot, meeting or collaboration is between you and the other people. ARTEMIYA is not a party and does not employ, insure or guarantee anyone. Agree terms, payment, usage and consent in writing. Use the safety features (trusted contacts, help button). In an emergency call 999.

Help requests go to our safety team, who may contact your emergency contacts or the authorities when we think someone is at risk. We are not an emergency service.

We aim to keep ARTEMIYA available and secure but it may change or be unavailable, especially while in testing. Test features may be removed or reset. Data created during testing may be deleted at the end of testing [confirm with Orbit].

No payments yet. When they start, prices, renewals, cancellation and refunds will be shown before you pay, and you will be asked to accept the payment terms. Emergency safety tools are always free.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put people at risk. If we do, you will usually get a reason and a way to appeal, unless the law or safety stops us explaining.

We are not responsible for what members do, for loss caused by things outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example death or personal injury from negligence, or fraud). [Solicitor to draft the proper limits.]
